Minnesota Innovation Partnerships (MN-IP):
MN-IP streamlines your access to University intellectual property through sponsored research or technology licensing with clearly-defined rules for patents, royalties, and licensing.
Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA):
SPA facilitates research funded by external teams. Once a principal investigator at the University is identified to work with an external partner on research or clinical trials, SPA will work to define consensus terms for intellectual property. MN-IP terms apply here as well.
